The Belgian Healthcare Knowledge Centre (KCE) is an independent research centre that provides scientific advice on topics related to healthcare. KCE’s mission is to advise policymakers on decisions relating to healthcare and health insurance on the basis of scientific and objective research.
This report explores the existing legal and strategic tools that support ATMPs development carried out by academics in Belgium, and provides several case studies of ATMPs developed or under development by academics in other European countries.
